Returns
We will accept returns on all items within 15 days after receipt and signature of the package under the following conditions
Tires must be in original packaging, sealed, and unopened.
You must show proof of invoice/receipt and explain the reason for the returned item.
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee which will be deducted from the full amount paid.
Proof of unopened items will need to be verified by photos and submitted to info@milehigh-tires.com. Milehigh will provide approval by email and further instructions after receiving all necessary items. A Milehigh customer service agent will get back to you within 1-business day with an authorization to send your item(s) back.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.
We do not accept returns on items purchased from registered suppliers and/or bike shops. Please contact the store to discuss their return policy.
Used items
No returns accepted if the items are used, installed or damaged.
Steps to return an item
Before sending your return shipment, make sure to remove all extra labels on the outside of the package.

Shipping charges must be prepaid.
Please include all paperwork.
The package must be in the same condition as you received it.
Contact info@milehigh-tires.com for instructions on arranging a freight delivery pickup for your item(s). The customer must be present at the location and time of pickup and the packaged item(s) must be at the front door for the freight driver.
Item(s) must be returned within 15 days of the original shipment date to receive a refund/credit.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please send a request within 24 hours of your purchase, or a 15% restocking fee will be charged. Please note our shipping department automatically sends orders to our fulfillment center to process without delay, therefore, it is important to immediately notify us to avoid additional charged.
Order Processing
Orders will be processed within 1-business day upon order submission.
Orders are not processed on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) or on national US holidays.
Orders submitted after 5:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
Shipping
Orders are shipped with FedEx Ground.

Customers are responsible for return shipments.
Warranty Claims
All Milehigh products are covered under a 1-year warranty against production/manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship from the original shipping date. Please visit our warranty policy for more details.
Milehigh Item(s) purchased from your local bike shop or online retailer can handle your claim or follow the steps below to process your claim directly with Milehigh. We are not able to process a direct refund with purchases made from a party other than Milehigh, only replacement.
Steps to claim a product to be defective and submit a warranty claim
You must show proof of invoice/receipt with your order number and date of purchase.
A photo or video showing the defective area.
A photo of the make & model information (shown on the tire).
